Reservations:
We highly recommend booking in advance, especially if you intend to stay more
than one night and during school holidays.
Payment
(according
to GdF conditions):
To confirm any reservation, we
ask for a deposit of 25% of the price of the total stay, with a minimum of the
price for one night per room, to be paid by French cheque
or remitted within one week to our Dutch bank account (SNS bank number
97.82.14.323, IBAN NL 91 SNSB0978214323, BIC SNSBNL2A). The rest of your
stay will be settled upon arrival. Food and drinks will be settled
on departure. Payments can only be made in cash or French cheques. We do not
accept credit cards.
Special holidays and breaks and
the rent for the holiday cottage 'Chez Mémé Delphine" have
to be paid 4 weeks in advance. The down payment for the gîte
is 150 euros.
Cancellation
(according
to GdF conditions):

we keep the deposit and are entitled to claim the rest of the
forseen stay
> in case of early departure,
we keep the deposit and the rest of the stay has to be paid
in full. We will refund non consumed
extra services that are already paid for.
By us

we refund your deposit.
For
our special holidays and breaks and the holiday cottage 'Chez
Mémé Delphine" other conditions are applicable. Ask for
them.
Animals:
We only accept your pets if
they are well trained and do not cause any trouble. Like our own dog, they are
not allowed in any of the guest rooms. Since our garden is fenced in, they can
wander around freely there. At night they have to stay with our dog or in the
scullery. You are responsible for any damage caused by them to our belongings or
those of our guests.
Non
smoking:
For reasons of health, safety
and odour it is strictly forbidden to smoke anywhere in our house.
