At only 5 kilometers from the little village of Toulx Ste. Croix - with its eleventh century church and views over the 7 neighbouring departments, also you will find the exceptionally beautiful natural site of "Les Pierres Jaumâtres". Apart from an interesting walk on Mount Barlot (altitude 590 m) with huge blocks of granite, there is also the possibility of adventurous and sporty aerial walks through the trees.

It can be a wonderful experience for all ages - play at being Tarzan - with family or friends or just alone, either as a sporting challenge or just for fun. This can take about 2 hours you "walk"from tree to tree. The course has 4 levels of difficulty and routes for all ages and ability with approximately 55 sections.

The Pierres Jaumâtres have free access throughout the year. The accrobranche site is open from Easter to 1st November.

Another aerial walkway is located near Lake Vassiviere between Vauveix and Broussas. This adventure park "d'Arbre en Arbre" offers 2 routes for children and 5 for junior/adults.
